The name Fuller has been synonymous with real estate in the Western United States for over 50 years. Fuller Western carries on that tradition of service stated so many years ago. We also have a full service commercial department in our Littleton office that can offer guidance and and opportunities in acquisitions and tax deferred exchanges.

Gary Pearson, our Regional Vice President, has been successfully listing and selling Real Estate since 1970. In addition to marketing properties in the Quartz Creek Valley and Pitkin (which he knows like the back of his hand) he
specializes in Ranches, Recreation, Resort and Residential properties throughout Gunnison County and the State of Colorado. With many “Top Producer” awards in sales, Gary thanks his wife Jan (married since 1962) and credits his many friends and referrals for making it possible! Gary descended from one of the original "pioneers of Pitkin", and was a third generation Mayor of the town recently finished serving his fourth term.
